INDUSTRY DAY GOALS
RPSS OVERVIEW
Wesley Bushnell Program Manager/COR
The Primary objective of the Real Property Support Services III is to:
To adequately maintain Real Property records. To provide subject matter expertise to support various Real Property requirements including: Real Property Information Technology (IT) systems support, Audit Readiness & Compliance support, Field Validation & Assessment, Space Management support and Real Property Asset Documentation support.
DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
RPSS OVERVIEW
RPSS started on the following guidance:
Planning and Programing Branch has historically supported any and all
Army Real Property Systems of Record. With the exception of GIS support all other support has been ancillary to larger A&E Requirements. Within the last five or six years, project support requests for Real Property Support Services have become larger and in some cases entirely focused on database support requirements. Because these types of project do not require engineering support they cannot be awarded under our existing A&E MATOC. Our office realized the need for a Real Property Support Services MATOC which is the focus of this acquisition.
RPSS STORY
RPSS currently has multiple stakeholders with an interest in this type of support. Our office is specifically tasked with supporting any and all customers who come to us with a project requirement.
First Right of Refusal
As such we may support any installation around the world or command and we may support any DoD agency.
