Please clarify if "medical equipmen t maintena nce and repair" is indeed to be describe d in this section as we did not ascertai n via the Performa nce Work Statemen t it was part of this proposed solicita tion. If its not to be expected on the proposed effort, please update Section L & M accordin gly.Medical equipment doesn't apply here. Should read: "A narrative explanation of how the Offeror intends to assure

quality control across the entire area included in this contract. Offerors should describe the quality control approach, corporate systems, and capabilities to maintain quality control of real property installed equipment (RPIE) maintenance and repair. After contract award, the selected Offeror will submit its Quality Control Plan for Government Approval."

There is no site visit schedule for this contract. 10540283The cells for the corporate markup specify G&A as one of the components to be included in the corporate markup for the labor rates. In the instructions cell above it states to "NOT INCLUDE G&A, OVERHEAD, OR PROFIT IN THESE RATES. G&A, OVERHEAD, AND PROFIT IS CALCULATED ON THE "CLIN Roll Up" TAB".Will the Government please confirm that G&A is not to be included within the corporate markup percentage even though it is included in the example of items to include within the percentage?G&A shall not be included in the corporate markup. This will be corrected in the amended pricing workbook.
