HNC MCX is part of the Army’s Training Support System (TSS) program that deals with Army Ranges and Training.

HNC MCX provides life cycle centralized program management and engineering support for:

Sustainable Range Program Soldier Training Support Program Mission Command Training Support Program.

HNC MCX is the centralized repository for information and expertise in planning, programming, design, and construction of Automated Ranges, Training Support Centers (TSC), & Mission Training Complex (MTC) projects for the TSS Program.

.59 RTLP- Acquisition approach The following are expectations for the RTLP acquisition. Until all required acquisition related documents are approved, the expectations below are subject to change.

North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code – 541330, Engineering Services Small Business Size Standard is $15.0 Million

Anticipated Period of Performance (POP) – 5 Years Base period: 2 Years (24-months) 3 – One Year Options (12-months each)

Anticipated capacity is $45 Million

RTLP- Acquisition approach No determination has been made if this requirement will be set-aside for small business concerns.
