Continuation of Description

Miscellaneous text in this section has been modified to:

Acceptance of Materials: Materials will be inspected at the delivery point prior to acceptance.

Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the product's condition as specified until the point of acceptance.

Delivery Schedule: The successful bidder shall be required to deliver the Boat Trailer to Waterways Maintenance Unit (WMU) no later than Dec 1st,2025. The delivery company must coordinate with Waterways Maintenance Unit on the date and time they expect to arrive. Coordination should occur a minimum of 1 week before delivery, to allow Waterways Maintenance Unit to make preparations for the delivery. All deliveries must take place during WMU business hours of Monday through Friday 7:

00 am - 4:00 pm, excluding Federal holidays.

:Trailer Specifications One (1) each), Tuff Trailer TTA1300TS(or equivalent) aluminum, I beam trailer that includes the following minimum options/capabilities for each unit;

- Aluminum I beam construction main frame, aluminum cross members and aluminum fenders with all stainless-steel mounting hardware.

- 2-5/16"coupler.

- 11k lb capacity and maximum GVWR of 13.5k lbs.

- Fits boats25-28' in length.

- Min 4adjustable carpeted bunks w/UHMW "slick bunk" pads.

- Torsion Suspension.

- UFP VAULT sealed bearing system w/10 year warranty.

- Hydrastar1600 psi electrically activated Hydraulic Disk brakes with break-away protection (or equivalent). Aluminum calipers with stainless steel pistons, bushings and guide pins. Stainless-steel rotors.

- Minimum of "E" load rated tires.

- Two (2) each, spare tire holders w/spare wheel/tires included.

- Minimum3500lb bow winch.

- V-block bow catcher/support.

- 42" high Aluminum Bow ladder.

- Minimum 8k lb capacity marine grade tongue jack.

- Sealed, marine grade LED lighting with sealant filled heat shrink connectors throughout.

- Standard 7 pole wiring plug and brake controllers compatible in Ford/GM/Ram Vehicles

- Two (2) each,1/2" D-rings to be mounted with one (1) on each side of trailer, 24-36" forward of aft bunk ends/boat transom.
