The government requests responses by January 9, 2024 to questions about the suitability of economic price adjustments for cement, concrete, and steel commodities; the amount of time needed between project phases to develop technical proposals; and the potential influence of an availability of funds clause on submitting an offer. The related federal contract opportunity is a request for information regarding the design-build project being conducted by the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Seattle.
