SECTION SF 30 BLOCK 14 CONTINUATION PAGE

SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 1449 - CONTINUATION SHEET

SOLICITATION/CONTRACT FORM

The required response date/time has changed from 02-Nov-2022 10:00 AM to 28-Nov-2022 10:00 AM.

The following have been added by full text:

Revised SOW - November 9, 2022

1. SCOPE

1.1. Mud Mountain Dam Fish Passage Facility is located 6-miles downstream of Mud Mountain Dam (MMD) on the right bank of the White River. The facility supports the trap, haul, and release activities of ESA-listed fish above MMD. This procurement is to purchase materials needed for the improvement and operations of the juvenile fish screens.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF MATERIALS

2.1. New equipment only; No remanufactured or “gray market” items. All items must be covered by manufacturer’s warranty.

2.2. The Material List detailed in CLIN 1 has several parts that reference other parts for compatibility. For example, Item 11 Relay Plug needs to be compatible with the Item 12 Relay Socket because one plugs into the other. Contractor must ensure compatibility between components in the materials list, otherwise the submittal will be rejected.

2.3. Materials will be inspected at MMD FPF prior to final acceptance and payment. Contractor shall be responsible for providing a single shipment with all materials purchased with this scope of work. Vendors shall supply items in the sizes and quantities specified to satisfy the requirements of this contract directly to the successful quoter who will then package all items in this scope and ship to the Government. It is not acceptable for different vendors to ship items in the scope of work directly to the Government.

2.4. Contractor shall properly store and transport the components to prevent damage during shipping. If items are damaged during shipping, Contractor shall ensure that replacement parts are expedited to the site, at the Contractor’s expense, so installation of the materials is not delayed.

2.5. Acceptance of materials and payment processing for delivered materials will not be made until all items in the scope of work are accounted for, inspected, and approved.

2.6. The Contractor shall deliver all materials in CLIN0002 no later than January 5th, 2023.

2.7. Items in CLIN0001 shall be delivered FOB no later than 90 days after award. It is understood that supply chain issues may impact purchasing of items in CLIN 0001 so the contractor should address the need for additional time if needed in their quote.
