Architect – Engineer (AE) Services for Planning and Design of Building 606 at the USAM, West Point NY

Requests for Information (These are strictly for informational purposes only).

14 June 2019

Question 1: You indicated “Interested prime firms having the capabilities to perform these services must submit three (3) hard copies and one (1) CD copy in PDF format of a comprehensive SF330 (06/2004 edition), which includes all sub-consultants information. The SF330 can be found on the following GSA website: Blockedhttp://www.gsa.gov/portal/forms/download/116486”

This site only has forms with a revision date of 08/2016. However you specify a 06/2004 edition that we should be using. If you could kindly confirm that I am in the right place and the form with date 08/2016 is the correct one.

Answer 1: The correct form is the 08/2016 revision. This will be updated in the description.

Question 2: Is it possible to extend the response deadline to allow for review and response to the Solicitation?

Answer 2: No

Question 3: We were under the impression you may have need for a Universal Laser Ultra 9 Engraving and Cutting system. Would you be able to confirm if a Laser Engraving system is needed?

Answer 3: No need specifically for an engraving system at this time. The only information we are looking for is SF330 responses.

Question 4: If a laser engraver is needed, could you provide or point us to the specifications for that system? Again, there is a very short window and we appreciate any and all assistance.

Answer 4: See answer 3 above.

Question 5: If a laser engraving system is needed – are you open to a partial bid? Would you consider a bid from vendors to just supply and install / provide training if needed, of the Ultra 9 or other (as specified) Laser Engraving system?

Answer 5: See answer 3 above.
