For ongoing and completed federal IDC, we typically select a Project Manager (often called "Contract Manager") to serve as a single point of contact to the federal agency and have primary oversight of the contract. This Project Manager receives assignments from the agency and selects Assignment Managers from the project team to lead day-to-day development of services for individual projects within the Assignment Manager's professional discipline. Is this approach acceptable to the USACE?
