Please note no award of work or funds will result from Award of an Agreement. The Government will evaluate technical, past performance, and price to determine which contractors will receive a Master BPA.
The period of performance for each Master BPA will be five years from date of established agreement. Each agreement will have a cap of $1,000,000.00 per contractor and $150,000 per BPA call. Calls under the Master BPAs will be solicited from all Offerors holding an Agreement. Award of each call will be made on a Lowest-Price basis unless the Government has reasonable concerns about the Offerors ability to perform the work in a safe and timely manner.
Quotes shall be submitted via e-mail to tolulope.o.olojo@usace.army.mil ATTN: Tolulope Olojo, or via mail to Tolulope Olojo, 7000-Contracting, 10 South Howard Street, Baltimore, MD 21201, no later than the time and date specified on Standard Form 1449, Block 8. Unclear quotes may not result in questions for clarifications.
