Bidding contractors were asked to provide a limited list of
(5) attendees for the 7/18 site walk through prior to the USACE releasing the drawings and specifications. Now that we have reviewed the drawings and specifications we believe a 2nd walk is warranted. We kindly request another site walk-through ASAP in order to accurately review and price the work.

Drawing A202 General Note 4 states, “All exterior windows on all floor levels of Building K shall be covered with GWB on the interior side, UNO. See details.” Then, Window Details sheet A616 lists new windows and shows three details for windows that are cased open for daylight (1 through 3/A616), and three details for windows that receive GWB over them (4 through 6/A616) . It is unclear which details apply to each window of the building, old or new. It could be assumed that all existing windows receive GWB over them, while new windows are cased open for daylight.
Please clarify.
Drawing A-616 has been revised per Amendment #2. Revised drawing will clarify applicable details. (CTR)

After inspecting the Sheets A631 through A634-Interior Finish Schedule, there is no mention of Raised Access Flooring within those schedules. Please confirm that there is truly no Raised Access Flooring required for this project.
Raised Area Flooring is not included in the design and shall not be part of the proposal.
