1. Question: “This presolicitation came up on my search results and it appears that the majority of work has to do with HTRW and MM, with a little bit of geotechnical/civil work. “Architect Engineer Services” are mentioned in the title – would you anticipate that there is any MEP work with these IDCs?”

Response: The information contained within the FBO posting is all that will be released in regards to the type of work to be expected.

2A. Question: “Please provide additional details concerning what is included in the

100 page count. E.g., is the cover, transmittal letter, table of contents, acronyms list, tabs, or similar items included? May we use 11x17 paper?”

Response: Details concerning what is included in the 100page count is located within the seven pages of instructions for filling out the SF 330, which are part of the form SF 330. You may not use 11x17in paper. Use 8.5 by 11 paper.

Response: On 8 November 2011, the due date was extended to 7 December 2011 via an FBO amendment. At this time, it is not anticipated that this date will be further extended.

3. Question: “Is there a way to get the current incumbents for these contracts? Or if these are NEW contracts?”

Response: There are no incumbents for the SB Set Aside for these services.

4A. Question: “Can you tell me if these services are currently being performed by a contractor? If so, could you please provide the Incumbent name as well as the contract number?”

Response: Yes.

5. Question: “In the description of solicitation W912DR-11‐R‐0024 under the Submission Requirements section the information states that font needs to be size 12 or larger. I wanted to know if this also applied to tables and/or table headers.”

Response: Yes.

Response: Please submit five (5) hard copies for each of the solicitations.

Response: The selection criteria states the important elements, in order of importance, being evaluated.

If we are in that situation what do you recommend we do to show the USACE that our personnel experience or work for the private sector is relevant and should receive equal points?”

Response: The selection criteria states “specialized experience in HTRW and MM projects”. The selection criteria does not include a preference for experience with federal, government, DOD or private projects.

10. Question: “On page 3 of 3 of the announcement you describe the requirements and indicate that Form 330 Part 2 is required for each primary subcontractor. Should the form 330 be a combined document of the prime and subs or just the Part 2?”
