1. Question: “This presolicitation came up on my search results and it appears that the majority of work has to do with HTRW and MM, with a little bit of geotechnical/civil work. “Architect Engineer Services” are mentioned in the title – would you anticipate that there is any MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) work with these IDCs?”

Response: The information contained within the FBO posting is all that will be released in regards to the type of work to be expected.

2A. Question: “Please provide additional details concerning what is included in the

100 page count. E.g., is the cover, transmittal letter, table of contents, acronyms list, tabs, or similar items included? May we use 11x17 paper?”

Response: Details concerning what is included in the 100page count is located within the seven pages of instructions for filling out the SF 330, which are part of the form SF 330. You may not use 11x17in paper. Use 8.5 by 11 paper.

2B. Question: “Project Descriptions: can a project description exceed 1 page?”

Response: Yes. Contractors may utilize the 100 page limit however they wish, in accordance with the SF 330.

2C. Question: “Due Date: given that Thanksgiving is so close to the submittal date, we respectfully request that the submittal be delayed to Dec 14.”

Response: On 8 November 2011, the due date was extended to 7 December 2011 via an FBO amendment. At this time, it is not anticipated that this date will be further extended.

3. Question: “Is there a way to get the current incumbents for these contracts? Or if these are NEW contracts?”

Response:

Current HTRW/MM A-E contract holders include:

Large Businesses:

Malcolm Pirnie, Inc., Weston Solutions, Inc., EA Engineering, Science & Technology, URS Corporation, AECOM Technical Services, Inc., and CDM Federal Programs Corporation.

8(a)’s : H2H and Watermark.

4A. Question: “Can you tell me if these services are currently being performed by a contractor? If so, could you please provide the Incumbent name as well as the contract number?”

Response See Response to question 3.

4B. Question: “Also, I was wondering if these projects were related to the sources sought notice #W912DR‐10‐S‐0034 posted to FBO September 13, 2010?”

Response: Yes.

5A. Question: “The Solicitation states that the font size be 12 or larger. Given the SF 330 form limitations, will the Government allow smaller, readable font, for example 10 or 11 point font, for graphics, charts and tables?”

Response: Font size 12 should be used throughout.

5B. Question: “For Section E, is it acceptable to provide less than five projects (a –e) on a resume?”

Response: Yes.
