About this file
This document is an Amendment 0001 to a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a rock purchase solicitation issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District. The solicitation (W912DQ25Q1043) seeks quotations for various types of rock, including Type 1 Rock, Type 2 Rock, Road Rock, 3 in. Clean Rock, and Shot Rock for the Missouri River Area Office. The acquisition is set aside exclusively for small businesses in the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 212312 (Crushed and Broken Limestone Mining and Quarrying) with a 750-employee size standard.
The amendment modifies the original solicitation by changing the quote submission deadline from June 2, 2025, to May 27, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (noon). Interested offerors must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration and can submit quotes via email to the Purchasing Agent or through the PIEE Solicitation Portal. The government will evaluate quotations based on two factors: (1) price and (2) past performance, with the contract to be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the government.
