1. Q: Can you confirm if the scope of work for each prior solicitation is the same as the current or have there been changes to each SOW? For example, have there been any frequency changes etc.?
A: I can confirm the scope has changed. There was a change adding in the overflow parking area at Cedar Ridge, which is less than an acre.
2. Q: Is it 12 or 13 mowing’s we are bidding on?
A: 13 Supplemental Bid Schedule states 13 Mowing’s for the Parks
Attachment 7: Example of the Tentative Mowing Schedule has 13 mowing for the parks scheduled.
Attachment 6: Approximate Mowing Acreage Chart has 12 Mowing’s for the No. Mowing’s in the Parks.
* CHANGE to Attachment 6 “Approximate Mowing Acreage Chart” from 12 to 13 No. of mowing’s to coincide with the mowing’s in the “Supplemental Bid Schedule” and Attachment 7:
“Example of the Tentative Mowing Schedule” in which both have 13 mowing’s.
There will be an Amendment coming out to formalize the change to the PWS attachment 6.
3. Q: Section L - Instructions to Offerors states to include Section B in our proposal. Within Section B for CLIN 001 it asks for pricing for 1 Job. Since the mowing occurrences/requirements within CLIN 001 are at different frequencies, what does the government consider to be “1 Job”?
Would it be acceptable to only provide the Supplemental bid schedule spreadsheet which breaks down all tasks and frequencies?
A: The government considers “1 Job” to be all services in the performance work statement in section C. It is recommended to use the provided supplemental bid schedule to fill in Section B for your quote.
