A) That should have been removed, there ends are not to be squared.
2) Q) At several locations the fascia is deteriorated. Is this to be addressed in the bids? Are we to include painting to match if it is to be included?
A) Yes, repaired and painted to match existing fascia.
3) Q) At IV Group Camp Shelter the roofing underlayment is damaged. Once replacing is completed of the new underlayment, it will be visible from the underside. Existing exposed underlayment appears to be painted. Is painting to match existing required?
A) Yes. Yes.
4) Q) Can pricing be submitted into a lump sum bid as well to be evaluated? If each CLIN is bid individually Mobilization and Demobilization would need to be included into each CLIN. If multiple, or all, CLINS are awarded it is possible that some, or all, Mob/Demob pricing that was duplicated could be eliminated resulting in a savings for the government. Please advise.
A) All Options shall be exercised upon award. All CLINS must be individually bid.
5) Q) If a firm is a Partnership and both partners are performing all work, is a Certificate of Workman’s Compensation Insurance required ?
