About this file

This document package includes maps and drawings in support of a federal construction solicitation. The maps depict damage sites along the Corning Levee in Missouri and denote repair work required including breach repairs, slope repairs, and crown repairs at various stations. The drawings show typical levee cross sections, repair sections, and borrow areas.

The related solicitation from the US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District seeks construction services for levee repair work on the Corning Levee due to 2019 flooding. Services include earthwork, borrow material, haul roads, debris clearing, erosion and rutting repairs, levee surfacing, stonework, drainage structure rehabilitation, and turf establishment to repair compromised sections of the levee crown, riverside, and landside slopes.
