About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for federal contract opportunity W912D0-26-Q-25982, dated 01/26/2026.
The government is procuring containers for purchase, which will be modified and converted for training purposes. New containers are preferred, but delivery timeline is the key factor; if new containers involve extended wait times, the government will accept like-new containers with quality assurance inspection, with safety being a primary concern. The containers will not be used for hazardous materials storage. No color preference is specified. Man-Handling Equipment (MHE) will be available at the delivery location to unload containers from flatbed trucks, eliminating the need for vendor-supplied unloading services. This is a new award with no previous contract history.
