o Politics and Power. From the workplace to the global stage, power, politics, and leadership are deeply intertwined. This workshop illustrates parallels and distractions between broad regional trends and everyday interpersonal relations.

o Demographics and Diversities. Population patterns provide the baseline for social and organizational processes. This workshop maps out key trends, from the macro-scale or urbanization and aging to the micro-scale of generational leadership and managing diversity.

o Markets and Decisions. In this workshop, participants focus on the elements that drive individual decisions, and on how these elements can also enhance broad understanding of economic trends. By the end, they achieve enhanced economic literacy and self-awareness in terms of forming decisions.
