About this file
This document is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a hybrid fixed-price and time-and-materials contract to provide preventive maintenance and repair services for the water softener system, chlorination system, and portable multi-gas detectors at U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden in Germany.
The contract will have a base year and two option years, with a proposed performance start date of approximately June 17, 2024. Interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of quote submission. A one-time mandatory site visit is scheduled for June 4, 2024, and vendors must notify the government of their intent to attend by June 3, 2024. The contract includes firm-fixed-price line items for preventive maintenance services and time-and-materials line items for on-call repairs. Partial payments are authorized. The government will evaluate quotes and make an award to the responsible vendor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.
