No, there are no rehearsals times for the Catholic and Protestant services for special services and holy days.

3. Since services are being held both at Hainerberg and Clay Kaserne, can the contractor be reimbursed for his/her commute?
Or would it be beneficial to have 2 contractors serve at chapels individually?
How long of a distance is it from Hainerberg to Clay?
As stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), paragraph 1.12, “Travel expenses directly related to the fulfillment of the Contract will be carried by the Contractor.”
The number of individuals the contractor employs is at the discretion of the contractor.
The distance between Clay Kaserne and Hainerberg is approximately 5 km.
4. Solicitation states (para 1.12) that the Contractor may be required to travel during the performance of the Contract to attend meetings, conferences, and training as approved by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Travel expenses directly related to the fulfillment of the Contract will be carried by the Contractor. Is this negotiable since these engagements are being directed by the COR?
As stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), paragraph 1.12, “Travel expenses directly related to the fulfillment of the Contract will be carried by the Contractor.”
Note: The COR does not “direct” the contractor.
