QUESTIONS/ANSWERS

Questions/Answers:

1. Will you accept multiple shipments as long as the 45 days are met?:

Yes, absolutely.

2. Can you use Bell Tail rotor blade PN 212-010-750-009? They have a new set of blades to offer. They will have a fresh 8130 and any Service bulletins performed on them as needed. These will be painted to the new standard as well.:

Yes. We checked with the FAU and that is the correct, updated number.

3. Do you accept partial delivery? There are some items not available in stock with lead time larger than 45 days. We can delivery about 80% of the items with the required deadline. (Will you accept this?):

We need the parts on the list. However, we don't have forever to obligate the funding. I can't say yes as this is an open ended question without a definitive end date. If they can guarantee delivery in 180 days of the parts that are backordered, we can accept. But I won't remove the timeframe completely as that is a recipe for disaster.

4. Can you issue the award to a JOINTE-VENTURE or alliance between 2 companies?:

This will be issued under a single award.

5. Item #5 PN 202S2ZZC is definitely an invalid Part Number. We checked in our systems and OEM (Bell) and they confirmed the PN is invalid. Please confirm part number or NSN.

An alternate number to the Bearing blower-202S2ZZC is PN 47-146-1
