About this file
This is an Amendment (0001) to a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract solicitation for Gun Mount Assembly components issued by the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA). The primary purpose of this amendment is to add Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0021 to the First Ordering Year and extend the solicitation closing date to October 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET. The solicitation is a five-year requirements contract for NSN 1010-01-502-7547 and is set aside for 8(a) businesses. The amendment modifies the delivery schedule by shifting CLIN designations: CLIN 0011 remains unchanged at 120 calendar days after award (1 LO); CLIN 0021 (newly added) is set at 300 calendar days with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) or 180 calendar days without FAT; CLINs 0022-0025 are set at 180 calendar days after respective delivery order awards, with estimated quantities of 204 EA each.
The contract requires Military Packaging - Level B with special packaging instructions and mandates Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification for access to export-controlled Technical Data Package (TDP) materials. Offerors may propose alternative delivery schedules for CLINs 0021-0025 but may not deviate from the required schedule for CLIN 0011. The Government reserves the right to evaluate and award under either required or proposed delivery schedules and may accept accelerated delivery at no additional cost with Contracting Officer approval. All other terms and conditions of the original Solicitation W912CH-26-R-0093 remain unchanged. The contract specialist is Pamela Cunha, CCTA, (520) 942-7019.

AMENDMENT: 0001
1) The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912CH-26-R-0093 is to:
Section F:
a) Add Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0021 for the First Ordering Year into Section F.1 and to re-open and extend the solicitation closing date to 5 October 2026 at 11:00am ET.
FROM:
F.1 TIME OF DELIVERY
F.1.1 The Government requires delivery to be made according to the following schedule:
| CLIN | ESTIMATED QTY | CALENDAR DAYS AFTER AWARD | ||
| 0011 | 1 LO | 120 DAYS | ||
| 0022 | EST 204 EA | 300 DAYS WITH FAT / 180 DAYS WITHOUT FAT | ||
| 0023 | EST 204 EA | 180 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY ORDER AWARD | ||
| 0024 | EST 204 EA | 180 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY ORDER AWARD | ||
| 0025 | EST 204 EA | 180 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY ORDER AWARD |
F.1.2 The Government will evaluate equally, as regards time of delivery, offers that propose delivery of each quantity within the applicable delivery period specified above. Offers that propose delivery that will not clearly fall within the applicable required delivery period specified above, may be considered nonresponsive and rejected. The Government reserves the right to award under either the required delivery schedule or the proposed delivery schedule, when an offeror offers an earlier delivery schedule than required above. If the offeror proposes no other delivery schedule, the required delivery schedule above will apply.
Offeror's Proposed Delivery Schedule:
CLIN ESTIMATED QTY CALENDAR DAYS AFTER AWARD
0022 EST 204 EA _________DAYS WITH FAT/ _______DAYS WITHOUT FAT
0023 EST 204 EA _________DAYS AFTER DELIVERY ORDER AWARD
0024 EST 204 EA _________DAYS AFTER DELIVERY ORDER AWARD
0025 EST 204 EA _________DAYS AFTER DELIVERY ORDER AWARD
**Offerors may not propose an alternative delivery schedule for CLIN 0011 F.1.3 Attention is directed to the Contract Award provision of the solicitation that provides that a written award or acceptance of offer mailed, or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror, results in a binding contract. The Government will mail or otherwise furnish to the offeror an award or notice of award not later than the day award is dated. Therefore, the offeror should compute the time available for performance beginning with the actual date of award, rather than the date the written notice of award is received from the Contracting Officer through the ordinary mails. However, the Government will evaluate an offer that proposes delivery based on the Contractor's date of receipt of the contract or notice of award by adding (1) five calendar days for delivery of the award through the ordinary mails, or (2) one working day if the solicitation states that the contract or notice of award will be transmitted electronically. (The term "working day" excludes weekends and U.S. Federal holidays.) If, as so computed, the offered delivery date is later than the required delivery date, the offer will be considered nonresponsive and rejected.
F.1.4 Only upon approval from Contracting Officer, an accelerated delivery schedule may be acceptable at no additional cost to the Government.
