About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912CH-26-R-0069, issued by Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) with an effective date of July 1, 2026. The amendment extends the offer due date from July 6, 2026 to July 20, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price supply contract for Mercedes-Benz Zetros Cargo Trucks, spares, operator training, and maintenance training support. The contract is classified as a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) procurement with weapon system category of Radar & Sensor. Buyer Justine Broughton (CCTA-APS-B, 586-282-7504) administers the solicitation from Detroit Arsenal, Michigan.

The amendment modifies contract section C.3.1.1 regarding training location requirements in Djibouti. The original requirement specified that each training course instructor must speak both French and Somali; the revision changes this to require instructors to speak French or Somali or both, providing flexibility in instructor language capabilities. The contractor must deliver Mercedes-Benz Zetros Cargo Trucks in accordance with Attachment 0001, spares per Attachment 0002, operator training, and maintenance training courses within specified timelines. Training shall occur in Djibouti at a government-provided facility within 120 days of final truck delivery, with up to 15 students per course. The contractor must also submit training plans, photographs, meeting minutes, and training reports according to specified Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
