About this file
This is a solicitation (W912CH-25-R-0100) issued by Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal for a single award, firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Branched Wiring Harnesses. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside for two National Stock Number (NSN) items: 6150-01-702-8103 and 6150-01-702-7450, with part numbers 12592422 and 12592423 respectively. The contract will have a five-year ordering period, with a minimum guaranteed quantity of 25 units and a maximum quantity of 625 units across all contract line items.
The procurement requires delivery of wiring harnesses with military preservation and packaging standards, to be delivered to the Army General Supply Central Receiving Point in Anniston, Alabama. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and submit proposals electronically by the specified closing date and time. The evaluation will consider two factors - delivery schedule and price - with price being significantly more important. Delivery schedule will be evaluated based on the proposed number of days after delivery order award, and proposals providing a delivery schedule later than 45 days beyond the solicited schedule will be considered non-responsive and unawardable.
