Can you please provide more information on this material?

2. Rubber. Type 1. Spec Mil-T-11891.Please review MIL-DTL11891J. The rubber must meet all qualification requirements as outlined in the document.
2Where is MIL-DTL11891J located?MIL-DTL11891J can be located on ASSIST https://quicksearch.dla.mil or on IHS Haystack https://haystackgold.ihs.com.
3I am looking for some clarification on the SPI for the T-130 Track Pads. Specifically Note D? Is this saying the box should have all of the information on it? We currently have the following on the actual part itself. 19207-12313117 / MFR-5JVB3 Bay #. Adding the rest of that information is not something we have done in the past on these parts.Engineer Response : Per the drawing, vendor is using the correct label. However, the SPI requests additional information to be labeled on the part. Please route to packaging to confirm if additional information is needed. Packaging Response : Note D has been a requirement of the SPI since the early 1990's and addresses two types of marking: part marking and packaging markings. Each track pad kit is required to be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130, as specified on the part drawing. Additionally, Note D requires each kit to be permanently marked per MIL-PRF-11891 with the National Stock Number, manufacturer's name and code number, week or month and year of manufacture, and the compound number, unless otherwise specified in the contract. The SPI requires packaging to be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129. However, Note D waives the “Unit Pack Marking” requirement. The container must still be marked with intermediate and exterior container markings as outlined in MIL-STD-129.
