SUMMARY OF CHANGES

SECTION SF 1449 - CONTINUATION SHEET

The following have been added by full text:

VENDOR QUESTIONS AND GOVERNMEN

1-QUESTION: I understand that there are 6 grease traps and 6 water/oil separators but when it says optional, is it for the provision of 6 traps and 6 water/grease separators or do you already have the traps and water separators and just want the service?

ANSWER 1 – The Government will be requesting, in writing, the additional service(s) (Oil Water Separator or Grease trap Interceptor or both) only when additional cleanup is needed. The Optional service can take place in any of the facilities listed in the Technical Exhibit 1.

No additional traps are require only additional services at any of the locations indicated, if needed.

SUBCLINS 0001AC AND 0001AD (SAME AS 1001AC, 1001AD, 2001AC, 2001AD, ETC) are for additional services (same type of clean-up service as Subclins 0001AA and 0001AB). The Optional Item services are each up to 1250 gallons that can be requested up to six(6) times during the period for the existing oil water or grease traps.

2‐QUESTION: Please explain “if needed, will be activated by the government, coverage would be up to 1,250 gallons each time. This subclin can be activated up to 6 times withing the base period.”

ANSWER 2– See Answer 1 above.

3-QUESTION: We have doubt if the pre solicitation No. W912C3234R0002 is the same as RFP No.

W912C324R0002? Are those two separate projects?

ANSWER 3: No, they are the same project. This is a typo in the pre-solicitation. The solicitation number we are accepting proposals on is: W912C324R0002.

Description in the synopsis is corrected as follows:

The Mission & Installation Contracting Command - Fort Buchanan (MICC-Fort Buchanan) has a Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C324R0002 for Oil/Water Separator and Grease Trap Interceptors at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed-Price Contract will be awarded from this requirement…

4-QUESTION: Can you please offer me the active contractor doing your services and the contract value if so kind please?

ANSWER 4: The previous contract, W912C318C0005, was with Oil & Tramp, Inc. The total value of the contract was $382,800.00 and expired on March 16, 2024.

W912C324R0002

5-Question: PAYMENT: I couldn't find information on (payment method, timing on when to expect to receive payment for services provided on each visit to service, payment terms).

ANSWER 5: A proper invoice needs to be submitted via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) every month after services are completed. Payment shall be made by DFAS within 30 days of submission of a proper invoice, as accepted by the Government, for services made at the required locations set forth in this contract. (Note: minor delays could occur) For more detailed instructions see DFAR Clause 252.232-7006 for Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Instructions.
