About this file

This document is an Amendment to Solicitation W912C324Q0002 for Portable Latrine and Hand Wash Station Rental and Services throughout Puerto Rico. The amendment modifies the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) terms and conditions, specifically the method of awarding future BPA calls. It maintains the June 6, 2024 quote submission deadline and all other terms and conditions. The solicitation is a requirement of the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Buchanan for portable toilet and hand wash station unit setup, servicing, relocation, and removal. The BPA will be awarded for a base period of one year with four one-year option periods. BPA calls will be placed as needed, with a $50,000 maximum per call and a $1 million maximum per BPA. Pricing for the base and option periods must be submitted by vendors to be considered for award. The government intends to issue one or more BPAs from this solicitation.
