About this file

This document is an Amendment (0001) to Solicitation W912BU25B0007 for the Francis E. Walter Dam Service Bridge Repairs project, issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Philadelphia District on 18 June 2025. The amendment provides key updates including a mandatory site visit scheduled for Monday, 23 June 2025 at 9:00 AM Eastern, located at the Francis E. Walter Dam project office in White Haven, PA, with Joshua Dinko as the point of contact.

The amendment modifies several solicitation sections, including instructions to bidders and site visit requirements. It revises the Request for Information (RFI) submission deadline to 25 June 2025 at 12:00 PM EST and reaffirms the project's estimated value between $500,000 - $1,000,000. The project involves repair work on the service bridge, including resetting rocker bearings, repairing bearing anchor bolts, lubricating bearing pins, repairing concrete areas, and installing an epoxy deck overlay, with a 180-calendar day performance period. The procurement is set aside for small businesses and requires bidders to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
