About this file

This document is a set of Questions and Answers related to a Request for Information (RFI) for a federal contract opportunity.

The contract opportunity is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for Architect-Engineer (A-E) services to perform Master Planning and General Engineering Services for Tobyhanna Army Depot. The contract has a total capacity of $20 million and a five-year ordering period. The NAICS code is 541330. The contract is a small business set-aside.

The Questions and Answers provide clarification on several aspects of the requirements, including allowing AICP or other licenses in lieu of an architectural or engineering license for the Project Manager role, accepting projects that are substantially complete, page limits for the SF330 submission, and the availability of a blank PPQ form. Overall, the document addresses various proposal preparation instructions and requirements for this federal contract opportunity.
