| Question | USACE Response | |
| 1 | Selection Criteria 3(b) (Professional Qualifications) states the following: Professional registration in one of the Philadelphia District States is required. Project Manager shall be registered as a professional engineer or professional geologist. We respectfully request Project Manager requirements be expanded to include PMP and to allow for the Project Manager to be a licensed PE or PG from any state in the US, particularly with the ability via reciprocity to obtain licensure in one of the 5 identified states (PA, NJ, NY, MD, DE). | A Project Management Professional certificaiton (PMP) will be considered as part of a person's credentials but does not replace the requirment for the Project Manager to be a registered, licensed, professional engineer or geologist.
