SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICE
SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS
The contractor shall furnish all facilities, supplies, equipment, and services necessary to conduct all environmental services and prepare any reports required by individual delivery orders issued by the Contracting Officer in accordance with Section C, "Description and Specifications".
SPECIAL NOTES TO OFFERORS
1. Offerors must submit a price for all labor categories and all expense items. If no cost is associated with a specific item, it must be stated as such.
2. This solicitation contemplates the award of an indefinite Delivery Contract with a period of performance of one
(1) year from the date of contract award, with the option to extend the term of the contract for one year each for four (4) option years.
3. Services shall be ordered by the Government in accordance with FAR Clause 52.216-18, entitled "Ordering", included in Section I of this solicitation. All services shall be rendered at the unit price set forth in Section B.
4. Firm-fixed hourly pricing for the job categories must include all fringe benefits, overhead, G&A, profit, etc.
5. Non-local travel or travel by non-regional staff shall not be permitted under this contract. The contractor shall bear the cost of all non-local travel. Non-local travel refers to travel outside of the District boundaries. The Government will not pay for airline tickets for members of the firm to travel to the project site.
As applicable, JTR mileage rates will be paid for any travel within the District boundaries.
6. The quantities on each line item represent estimated maximums and may not all be ordered in accordance with
FAR clause 52.216-22, Indefinite Quantity. Line Item quantities are stated in quantities that are proportionate to work performed based on historical information.
SECTION B
SUPPLIES OR SERVICES AND PRICES/COSTS
The contractor shall furnish all labor, personnel, facilities, instrumentation, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform chemical analytical services for environmental sample analysis and prepare any reports required by individual delivery orders issued by the Contracting Officer in accordance with Section C- Scope of Work.
The “Effective Period of the Contract” is as follows:
