About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for the Fort Peck Test Flow Cultural Resource Monitoring Survey solicitation (W9128F26QA058) issued by the Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Omaha.
The document addresses two key inquiries from potential offerors. First, regarding award methodology, the government clarifies that evaluation criteria are detailed on pages 22-24 of the solicitation under FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Services, indicating this is a commercial item procurement with specific evaluation procedures outlined in that section. Second, concerning project history, the government confirms this is a new requirement with no incumbent contractor, meaning there is no prior award to reference and this does not represent a recompete situation. The Q&A provides limited substantive detail beyond these clarifications and does not address pricing, delivery dates, or specific technical requirements.
