About this file

This PowerPoint presentation details the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Enterprise Environmental Acquisition Strategy (EEAS), a comprehensive 5-year contract initiative designed to streamline environmental remediation and consulting services. The strategy will support environmental programs across CONUS, Alaska, Hawaii, and outlying areas, focusing on services within NAICS codes 562910 (Environmental Remediation Services), 541330 (A-E Services), and 541620 (Environmental Consulting Services). Contracts will have 5-7 year performance periods, combining firm fixed price and cost-reimbursable performance-based contracts, with specific set-asides for small businesses including 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, and Women-Owned Small Businesses.

The EEAS aims to reduce acquisition time, eliminate redundancies, and provide maximum flexibility for environmental stakeholders, covering critical environmental missions such as Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP), Superfund and Brownfield programs, and environmental cleanups at Formerly Used Defense Sites. The solicitation and contract awards will be staggered over a 5-year period, with an industry day scheduled for April 8th, 2025, and ProjNet remaining open until April 24th, 2025, for additional inquiries. The strategy represents a strategic approach to executing environmental programs while demonstrating commitment to small business participation and enterprise-wide efficiency.
