About this file

This document is a Prospective Offeror Questions & Answers file for the W9128F25QA081 solicitation regarding Gavins Point Campground Concrete Pads project. The file covers two key questions from potential contractors: first, about the availability of additional engineering or architectural prints (none exist beyond drive pads), and second, about base course materials and reinforcement requirements. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will furnish base course materials if needed but will not spread or compact them. Regarding reinforcement, the government is open to alternative methods but requests bidders to initially follow the Statement of Work in the Solicitation. Contractors interested in a site visit can contact Brianna Wohlers, the Contract Specialist, at Brianna.N.Wohlers@usace.army.mil. The document suggests potential post-award modifications can be addressed through FAR 52.243-5 Changes clause.
