Questions:
1. The solicitation mentions there is approx 493,000 acres of Federal land in the Garrison Project.
However, the CLIN item #0001 on page 4 shows maximum quantity of 1,900,000. Is this assuming a Max Quantity of 1,900,000 acres to be sprayed in a contract base period? What is the estimate acreage to be sprayed in a contract base period?
The $1.9 Million on CLIN 0001 is the Not to exceed limit for the BASE IDIQ. In order for our system to work, the Quantity has to be set at 1,900,000 and the unit price a $1. We will issue the task order based on the dollar amount for the appropriate acres to be serviced. Each task order will have a detailed price sheet that indicates the number of acres to be sprayed times the agreed upon unit price for the current year. The entire size of the project is 493,000 acres.
2. When I submit the pricing to you would you like me to complete the pricing per acre on page 3 and the continuation sheets on page 4 & 5?
a. If so, for items # 1001 and 2001 (page 4 & 5) the max quantity is not identified. Therefore, am I simply required to only input the unit price per acre, and leave the Max Amount and Max Net Amount blank?
Please fill out the price per acre on page 3. And please put the total price per years on the continuation pages on pages 4&5. CLIN 0001 includes the 3 base years of the contract. CLIN 1001 includes the 2 option years.
3. When emailing the proposal. Do you perfer to have each item (Past Performance, Technical Evaluation, and Pricing) as a separate attachment, or would you like all documents consolidated into 1 PDF attachment?
1PDF attachment is preferred. Multiple attachments are also acceptable.
