Question: Can we pump out of Lake Yankton? The spec for compaction requires saturating the sand before compaction.

Answer: Pumping from Lake Yankton will be allowed if the Contractor acquires the proper environmental permitting and filters the Lake Yankton water at the intake to prevent contamination of the cohesionless fill.
