Outside and inside color shall be the same. Color shall be ANSI 61 or ANSI 70 as coordinated with the project. Any blanks shall be covered using filler plates.
2.2.2.2.Panel Consumables:
Terminal blocks shall be Marathon 12 pole (PN 1512STD); Shorting terminal blocks shall be Marathon 4 pole (PN 1504SC); Wire terminals shall be insulated ring terminals—Panduit-type PV or equal; Fuses and fuse holders shall be Bussman type; Wiring: Internal wiring shall be SIS 600 V, 150°C Gray; Size AWG 12 for currents; AWG 14 for potentials, control and digital I/O; Wiring shall be routed in Panduit wire duct (vertical and horizontal); Test Blocks / Control Switches / Lock Out Relays (LORs): Test blocks shall be ABB type FT-1; Control switches (if needed) shall be Electroswitch series 24; LORs shall be Electroswitch with internal indicator lights.
2.3. BENCH TESTING / TEST PROCEDURES
2.3.1. Installation:
Prepare installation procedures and drawings for the installation of new relay systems and control panels by government power plant electricians.
2.3.2. Bench Testing of Protective Settings:
All protection settings shall be loaded into relays and verified to have been loaded properly. Setting files shall be issued as documentation prior to shipment and in appropriate SEL format (SEL-5010 / SEL-5030). Panels of relays shall be bench tested prior to shipping to the Project Office. The Contractor shall provide relay tests sheets using EnoServe RTS relay test program. Any customization required to the standard RTS test routines shall be supplied to the Corps of Engineers.
