Will the USACE provide a 45-day extension from the date backup documents are provided or the virtual site visit is conducted, whichever is later? It is our understanding a current NAICS 562910 contractor completed the Removal Design Investigation in 2019. For this reason, a technical advantage could exist if all contractors are not provided enough time to review information related to past investigations. In addition, since the site visit has been cancelled this could provide an additional advantage for any contractor with past site-specific experience further warranting an extension.
On: Mar 30 2020.
