RFI# Question Answer

In the “Selection Criteria” section of the solicitation, subsection (b) Professional qualifications, it says the evaluation will consider the experience “… of the key personnel identified below.” However, the disciplines you’d like to see resumes for are not defined. Are there specific disciplines that you’d like to see resumes for?

The Government will not be providing a listing of key personnel. Offerors shall propose positions as they deem necessary to accomplish the work.

2 Is there a page limit and font size limit, margins, etc? There are no page, margin, or font restrictions for the SF330s.

Are the Section E and Section F resumes and project descriptions limited to 1 page each? SF330 Part 1 Section E (Resumes of Key Personnel) is limited to one page each. SF330

Section F (Example Projects) can be 2 pages.

4 What are the key disciplines? See response to RFI #1.

A number of services are listed under Section 2 Project Description. Section 3(b) notes that a maximum of two individuals need to be identified per “discipline.” Is it possible for you to identify what disciplines are required (i.e., sanitary, structural, cost, archeologist, historian, ichthyologist, appraiser, etc.) or should we use judgment to determine what disciplines relate to the stated set of services?

See response to RFI #1.

would you be able to provide the list of key personnel descriptions (labor categories)?

In FBO.gov it states the following: “The evaluation will consider the extent of the education, training, registration and overall relevant experience of the key personnel identified below.” I could not find a list of the key personnel in the solicitation.

See response to RFI #1.

The solicitation at Section 3(a)1 states that “On-going projects will not be considered” [in Section F]. We have a pertinent project that is 95% complete. Should we assume the strict interpretation applies or would the evaluator have some discretion (interim CPARS are on file)?

Example projects submitted shall be of completed projects.
