RFI# Question Answer

Please confirm that there are no additional files other than the PPQ form that we need to download from the FBO site and that all the information and instructions for responding are contained in the “Notice Details” tab on the FBO site.

A total of two (2) files need to be downloaded. The first is the PPQ. The second is the

RFI.

Project Information: Would you consider adding American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) as a professional registration for performing any of the planning work?

Yes, AICP will be considered as professional registration for Planner disciplines.

Project Information: Would you consider allowing individuals with a Ph. D in engineering or a science related discipline in lieu of having a professional engineering or registered architect license?

An individual with a PhD will be considered, however more weight will be given to individuals possessing Professional Engineering/Architecural licenses over non-

PE/AIA.

Selection Criteria (a): Given there are no stated preferences for whether projects should be Army, DoD, Federal or non-Federal, please confirm that all projects will be weighted evenly.

Projects will be weighted in descending order of importance as follows - Army, DoD, Federal, Non-Federal.

Selection Criteria (a): Given there are no stated criteria or preferences for whether the projects should be in the Honolulu District AOR, please confirm that all projects will be weighted evenly regardless of geographic location.

See revised synopsis, paragraph 3.(a)(1).

Selection Criteria (a): Since the synopsis does not specifically mention how experience from subcontractor partners would be evaluated, please confirm that all experience, whether from the prime or a subcontractor will be weighted evenly.

Experience from the Prime (Offeror) will be weighted more than its subconsultant firms.

Submission Requirements: Please confirm that there are no page, margin, or font restrictions for our response, as long as the proposal is readable without straining. There are no page, margin, or font restrictions for the SF330s.

Selection Criteria (a), (1): The first paragraph refers to “areas listed above in section B, PROJECT INFORMATION.” We did not find a section or subsection B, PROJECT INFORMATION, so we wanted to confirm that this refers to Section 2. If not, would you provide section B?

"Section B", PROJECT INFORMATION, should be "Section 2".

Selection Criteria (b): Please confirm that the Government will not be providing a listing of key personnel and that offerors are free to propose the positions they feel are key for this solicitation.

The Government will not be providing a listing of key personnel. Offerors shall propose positions as they deem necessary to accomplish the work.

Selection Criteria (b): Please confirm that key personnel from the prime or any subconsultant partners will be weighted evenly. Key personnel from the prime and subconsults will be weighted evenly.
