Please clarify the Per Occurrence $250 LOL for PM, Inspections, and Other Recurring Services.

Does the $250 apply to the category of equipment on the equipment list as a group, or to each individual piece of equipment.

For instance, during scheduled PMs of Emergency Light Wall Packs, does a single $250 apply to ALL Wall Packs at a facility as a group, or does the $250 LOL apply each individual Wall Pack?

3/7/2019https://www.projnet.org/projnet/binKornHome/index.cfm?strKornCob=BicPublicReportAll...

This will make a difference in the contractor's bid given the quantities of each type of equipment at each Facility.

On: Feb 22 2019.

Government Response. . The $250 Limit of Liability is per equipment being worked on. For Example: In normal scheduled maintenance for the replacement of HVAC filters, all the filters would be under one $250 amount. All the normal replacement of parts under normal wear and tear that are under $250 per PM occurrence is part of your monthly PM price. Only fixes to broken items that are over the $250 in parts and labor are to be accomplished under service calls or Task Orders. On: Feb 27 2019
