1. What is the current existing award number and amount?

W9127S-14-P-0133 - Awarded for $81,000.00 (annually).

2. Was the current award for the same amount of recruiting offices listed in this new solicitation? Has the scope changed?

The primary difference being that seven of the ten locations will only be serviced twice a week, not three times a week under the current contract.

3. How many coats of wax are required for annual floor care?

The only waxing found in the PWS is for the bathrooms as needed. Waxing of floors is not part of the annual floor care requirement. The PWS reads as follows in reference to restrooms only, "Floors may require waxing or sealing monthly between damp mopping."

Annual carpet cleaning is all that is required and the standard is adequately detailed.

4. Is there a specific brand of finish the Government prefers for annual floor care?

If waxing is required in restrooms, there is no specific listed finish in the PWS. However, this is not an annual requirement. The PWS reads "Floors may require waxing or sealing monthly between damp mopping."

5. Approximately how old is the flooring to be serviced for annual floor care?

The age of flooring varies dramatically from center to center.

6. Will the contractor be required to move furniture prior to annual floor care services?

No moving of furniture is required prior to carpet shampooing. The PWS states the following, "The Contractor will not be responsible for moving furniture or any items left on the floor. Prior to scheduled cleaning, the Services should remove all items from the floor, except heavy furniture items, to maximize the effectiveness of carpet cleaning."

7. For paper supply planning purposes, how many normal occupants are there in the building?

The occupancy varies widely from center to center.

8. What goes in the Item #’s 0011 & 1011 (Base Period - Contract Manpower & Option Period - Contract Manpower).

This is what the contractor chooses to charge the Government to enter in the information required for ALL contractor labor hours (including subcontractor labor hours) required for performance of services provided under this contract via this secure data collection site. Paragraph two under the scope of work describes briefly what is required and the web-site that must be utilized.

Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions remains unchanged and in full force and effect of the Solicitation.
