About this file
This document provides answers to questions regarding a federal contract opportunity for heater removal and installation. The solicitation, number W9127P-23-Q-0015, was issued by the Department of the Army National Guard for removal and replacement of water heaters at the 210th RTI facility. There is an existing conduit that can be used to run a feed to a new junction box for a 220V outlet above the ceiling, as the room currently only has 120V outlets and no 220V outlets are in place. This will allow for safe operation of the new heaters to be installed.

Answer: There are 120V outlets in the room to operate heater; however, no 220V outlet are run above the ceiling. It is possible to run the feed through an existing conduit, that runs from the panel to the room, and create a junction box for the 220V outlet.
