Question #1: How many Admin Assistants are needed to meet your mission requirements? (The
W9127P-16-Q-0002 documentation – ITEM 0001 refers to only a Quantity of 1)
There is only one position
Question #2: In the W9127P-16-Q-0002 documentation I did not notice an ITEM # for either the
Contract Manager or The Contract Manager’s Alternate. Is their time to be considered part of the Contractor’s Overhead Expense?
I am not funding a Contract Manager/and or Alternate
Question #2a: If the answer to Question #2 above is yes: Do you have an estimate to how many hours the Contract Manager or Alternate will be required to provide contract support?
N/A
Question #3: Does the Contract Manager or Alternate have to be available in person or can they be available by phone?
N/A
Question #3a: If by phone are the hours of availability based on local time (I am assuming
Atlantic Time Zone)?
Our local time is Atlantic Time Zone. Please note that the USVI does not utilize Daylight
Savings Time and therefore, at times, are an hour ahead of Eastern Time.
