About this file
This document contains Questions and Answers related to a Request for Information (RFI) for a Willamette River Basin Trout Production Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).
The RFI seeks industry feedback on how to price a firm-fixed price schedule for a multi-year IDIQ contract to supply up to 277,000 pounds of hatchery rainbow trout and transport/release them within the Willamette River Basin. Key details include: USACE aims to award the IDIQ and initial task order in FY 2024 for deliveries in 2026, with a potential 5-year contract term; the agency is open to factors beyond price, such as experience and product quality, for proposal evaluation; and the draft price schedule proposes firm-fixed pricing based on fish weight ranges, with the possibility of year-over-year volume changes. Industry feedback on the pricing approach is requested by April 2, 2024.

A8 At this me, 5 years.
Q9 Is there a possibility that USACE will alter (reduce) the volume of annual purchases under the contract from year to year?
