W9127N21B0009 – Bonneville Damn Trashracks Questions & Answers
1. Is a single award going to be made for this or do you plan to award to a dive contractor and a fabricator? Single Award
1. We are confused by the Dive Services CLIN’s. Is this to provide dive support to government project workers who will be replacing the trash racks? Or is this a CLIN to install the trash racks complete? If it is to replace them complete we need plans and drawings to understand the scope of work more clearly. Divers will support the Government workers who will be replacing the trashracks. Due to sensitivity of the site, Government cranes and workers will install the trashracks, however Contractor diving support is needed to guide the trashracks.
1. There do not seem to be any plans or specs for the new trash racks or configuration of the old ones. We can not provide pricing without those. Please clarify. Plans/Specs uploaded recently to SAM.
