About this file
This document is a Special Notice for a sole source contract opportunity to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)-certified technicians to integrate essential plant subsystems into the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system at the J. Strom Thurmond Powerhouse, managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, South Atlantic Division, Savannah District.

Interested parties may submit capability statements within 15 days of the July 19, 2024 notice publication date, but this is not a request for competitive proposals. The government will review submissions to determine if a competitive procurement is warranted, but a sole source award is at the government's discretion.
