All exterior switchboards shall be NEMA 3R rated enclosures and securely fastened with unistrut as required. Circuits will be sized to limit voltage drops to no more than 5% at the worst condition. The design goals will be to limit voltage drops to 2% on feeders and 3% on branch circuits. See drawings for attached approximate connection points.

All trailers to be prewired for power to a central electrical panel. No gas services will be provided to trailers, so heating and hot water should be spec’d out accordingly. Power outlet requirements are based on 2 per work station and 4 per private office. Kitchenette Power outlets, are based on 1 refrigerator (no water service required), 1 microwaves, and 1 coffee pots. The Conference Room requires 4 Power outlets per wall plus the requirements above for below the conference table.
