About this file

This document is an amendment to a solicitation for mowing services at Wright Patman Lake in the Piney Woods Region. The amendment provides responses to questions asked during a site visit, including details on mowing frequency, use of task orders, and equipment requirements. Key changes include the contract now being an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 1-year base period and two 1-year option periods, and updates to the minimum and maximum number of mowings for different areas. The mowing services are for park areas, project areas, boundary lines, hunting access roads, food plots, and right-of-ways, with a total estimated number of mowings provided. The amendment also clarifies the timeline for completing mowing tasks, with 8 days for park mowing and 5 days for project mowing. No separate contract is available for herbicide application.
