(2) As the Technical Proposal shall describe the capability of the Offeror to participate in this effort, it should be specific and complete in every detail. The offeror shall identify and discuss the risks associated with this project and the plans to mitigate those identified risks. The offeror shall also discuss technical approach and ability to execute and manage multiple concurrent projects that may or may not be geographically in the same area.
The page limit is 5 pages. Pages in excess of the page limit will not be evaluated.

Projects may include Federal, State, and local Government; as well as private sector. The offeror is strongly encouraged to submit projects that highlight all cultural resources relevant projects. Projects listed should include work performed by the offeror, Joint Venture partners, and team members proposed for this solicitation. If more than 5 projects are submitted, only the first 5 will be evaluated. The information provided will be used to evaluate relevancy, relevancy, depth and breadth of each offeror’s experience. Completed PPQ should be submitted with your proposal. If the Offeror is unable to obtain a completed PPQ from a client for a project(s) before proposal closing date, the Offeror should complete and submit with the proposal the first page of the PPQ, which will provide contract and client information for the respective project(s). Offerors should follow-up with clients/references to ensure timely submittal of questionnaires. If any negative past performance information is received to which the Offeror has not previously had an opportunity to respond, the contractor will be given an opportunity to provide rebuttal. If the client requests, questionnaires may be submitted directly to the Government’s point of contact, Amy Powell, via e-mail at:
Amy.R.Powell@usace.army.mil prior to proposal closing date. Offerors shall not incorporate by reference into their proposals PPQ’s previously submitted for other RFPs.
